Job Description
Kopanang Gold Mine invites suitably qualified candidates residing in the Matlosana Local Municipality, Viljoenskroon, Rammulotsi and Vierfontein areas to apply for its Work Experience/ Work Integrated Learning (P1 & P2) Programme
The programme is aimed at providing graduates with structured Work Integrated Learning (WIL) and workplace experience (P1 and P2) opportunities, enabling them to apply the theoretical knowledge and skills gained through their academic studies in a practical workplace environment. The programme will provide relevant industry exposure, develop practical workplace competencies, enhance technical and professional skills, and provide the required workplace experience to support the successful completion of their academic qualification.

Minimum Requirements
-
Be an Unemployed South African citizen, preferably between the ages of 18 and 35.
-
Provide proof of residence, such as a municipal account or a signed affidavit.
-
Be medically fit to proceed underground.

Successfully undergo the required security screening.

Matric /Grade 12 Certificate.
-
Students from a TVET College and have completed their N6 Qualification Theoretical Component.
-
Students who are in their last year of study and require in-service training to obtain their qualification.
-
Letter from the institution that that is stating that the learner requires experiential training.

Official letter from the educational institution confirming the requirement for Work Integrated Learning (WIL) / workplace experience (P1 and/or P2).

Proof of registration/enrolment at the relevant educational institution.

Any applicable WIL/P1/P2 logbook, placement requirements or documentation prescribed by the educational institution.
