Key Responsibilities
Underground Mining Operations:
Carry out drilling, blasting, and related mining activities according to approved procedures and safety standards.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all mine safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Equipment Handling:
Operate and maintain mining tools and equipment responsibly and report any faults or damages.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets.
Housekeeping:
Maintain a clean and safe working area underground at all times.
Requirements
Experience:
Previous experience in underground mining will be an advantage.
Education:
Minimum Grade 10 or equivalent.
Physical Fitness:
Medically fit and able to work in underground conditions.
